Booking requests
Bookings on this website are requests. A request is only confirmed when our team replies and confirms it. Payment is arranged with reception once your booking is confirmed; no card payment is taken on this site.
Identity verification
Identity verification and screening are required before any reservation is confirmed, whatever the length of stay.
Length of stay
We welcome stays from one night up to six months. Most guests stay around three nights.
Cleaning
A professional team cleans every unit after each stay. For extended stays, weekly cleaning is available on request.
Who stays with us
Leisure, business and corporate travellers are all welcome. Backpackers beds are booked per bed.
Check-in, payment and cancellations
Check-in and check-out times, payment methods and cancellation terms are confirmed by reception in your booking confirmation. Please contact us if you need them before you book.
